Most requests receive their first matches within 24-48 hours. However, the exact timing depends on the specificity and complexity of your request. For common items or services, you might receive matches within just a few hours. For more specialized requests, it could take up to 7 days as we search our extended network.

If you're not satisfied with the initial matches, you can:

• Provide feedback on why the matches weren't suitable
• Update your request with more specific details
• Request additional matches (we'll continue searching for up to 7 days)

If we can't find suitable matches within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund of your request fee. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

After you've been matched with sellers, you can communicate with them through our platform's messaging system. Once you've decided on a seller, you can:

1. Negotiate terms directly with the seller
2. Complete the transaction using our secure payment system (recommended)
3. Arrange for delivery or service fulfillment
4. Leave feedback after the transaction is complete

Using our payment system provides additional buyer protection and helps establish trust between parties.

To become a seller:

1. Create an account on RequestMarket
2. Go to your dashboard and select "Become a Seller"
3. Complete your seller profile with details about what you offer
4. Provide the required verification documents
5. Set up your payment information
6. Once verified, you'll start receiving relevant buyer requests

Our verification process typically takes 1-3 business days.

Creating a seller account is free. We charge a commission on successful transactions that originate through our platform. The standard commission rate is 5-10%, depending on your seller category and volume. Premium seller accounts with reduced commission rates are available for high-volume sellers.

To increase your chances of matching with buyer requests:

• Complete your seller profile with comprehensive details
• Maintain a high response rate to requests
• Receive positive ratings from buyers
• Consider upgrading to a featured seller account
• Expand your product or service categories

Our matching algorithm considers all these factors when pairing buyers with sellers.

When a buyer pays for your product or service through our platform, the funds are held in escrow until the transaction is complete. Once the buyer confirms receipt or satisfaction, the funds (minus our commission) are released to your account.

You can withdraw your earnings to your bank account or payment service at any time, with a minimum withdrawal amount of $50. Payments are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
